It's very fair to say you have a generational player on defense, a generational player on offense. You need to make something happen with that.

South Carolina has LaNorris Sellers (generational on offense), an elite defensive player, a good Briles hire, an underrated DC in Clayton White — and the OL health is the only real swing variable. Running Beamer would be exactly the kind of trigger-happy move Cole's broader argument is against.
