Indiana is now the show's canonical modern-build miracle: a program that went from historical doormat to national champion by hitting the portal, quarterback development, and coaching transition all at once. The June Q&A makes the one-season claim more explicit than earlier episodes did: the hosts see Cignetti's 2025 as a harder single-season feat than any one Saban or Kirby season because Indiana's starting point, roster-build mechanism, and playoff path were all higher degree-of-difficulty.
