Georgia is the show's safest SEC championship pick because it has the fewest questions that rise above nitpicking. The defense is deep at every level, the offensive line can be among the country's best, Gunner Stockton has continuity and toughness, and the schedule omits several of the league's most dangerous teams.

The two open questions are specific: someone must stretch the field at receiver, and an edge rusher must finish pressures against the few opponents capable of forcing chaos. Neither is treated as a likely deal breaker. Both hosts pick Georgia over Texas in Atlanta.
