Nine SEC games are good for fans
Context
Ty notes Brett McMurphy's reporting that SEC coaches feel misled if moving to nine conference games does not automatically bring a 16-team playoff. He understands the coach-side concern: the league is deep, and more conference games can mean more playoff risk.
From the fan side, the stance is clean. More high-level matchups are better than protecting late-November buy-game space. The show can dislike runaway playoff expansion and still welcome the immediate schedule upgrade of one more SEC conference game.
