Jackson Arnold is in the right system for a college reset.
Context
Ty is not claiming Arnold has already solved the consistency problems that followed him from Oklahoma. He is separating NFL projection from college usefulness: Arnold can run, has flashed obvious ability, and may be productive in a Dan Mullen system that asks him to use his legs and play within a broader run game.
UNLV is therefore a plausible reset location even if Arnold never becomes the passer people once imagined. The Week 0 game against Memphis is the first chance to see whether that environment produces a usable college quarterback.
