Oregon's late-season ceiling problem is built to last
Context
The show likes Oregon and still sees a national-title path under Dan Lanning. Dante Moore returned, the defensive front is loaded, and the program rarely loses to clearly lesser teams. The critique exists because Oregon keeps getting labeled by its last loss, and the last losses have been decisive January or near-January failures against elite teams.
That makes the narrative unfair but live. Oregon does not need a podcaster verdict to retire it; it needs a late-season or playoff performance that looks different from the Ohio State and Indiana blowouts. Until then, the show treats the ceiling question as built to last.
