Context
Richard says he is willing to buy low on Arch Manning because the public conversation calcified after the Ohio State opener and did not fully return to the evidence. The first start came on the road against an elite defense, with Texas carrying offensive-line and receiver issues. Richard still saw high-level throws in that game and a much better second half of the season.
Dan's companion point is that the discourse is too general.
